A clear process
What happens when you engage us

Consultation, A$300
Forty-five minutes by video call, or in person by arrangement. We go through your situation and tell you which pathway fits and whether you are eligible. You get one follow-up email afterwards for anything you want to clarify.

Service agreement and document assessment
If you are eligible to proceed, we sign a service agreement so the scope and the fees are in writing before any work begins. Then we list exactly what the Department will want, check what you already have, and tell you plainly what is missing.

Preparation and lodgement
Your case manager works with you to gather and organise everything the application needs, and keeps you moving. Your registered migration agent reviews the completed application and lodges it with the Department of Home Affairs.

Through to a decision
We track your case, handle any request for further information, and keep you updated until a decision is made.

Who you will be working with
Eight years of getting people through this
Fernanda Maia started helping international students with their visas in 2018, and went on to qualify as a QEAC registered education agent. In 2020 she founded Education Way, with one idea behind it: go further than students were used to being taken.
In 2023 she completed the Graduate Diploma of Migration Law at Australian Catholic University, passed the Capstone assessment, and registered as a migration agent, MARN 2418447. Way Group is where that work happens now. She works in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Education Way still handles course placement and enrolment. Way Group handles migration. Keeping them separate is deliberate, because only a registered migration agent can give you immigration assistance, and you should always know which one you are talking to.
